We know painted cabinets are all the rage, but for this Summit Avenue remodel, we combined a gorgeous paint color with a classic wood look that preserves the home’s Craftsman design. In this project, we remodeled the kitchen and reworked the family room fireplace to provide design continuity in the space. Character-grade oak hardwood floors were added throughout the main level, using a matte finish to highlight the wood’s natural beauty. The lower level cabinetry was painted a warm sage to lighten the space and help pull the finishes together. The craftsmanship and attention to detail result in a beautiful space to be enjoyed for years to come.
