The original bathroom featured a single vanity, an 80s-style soaker tub, and a small shower. For this remodel, we performed a complete gut, reimagining the layout to maximize space and functionality. By flipping the bathroom to the other side of the room, we created a more open and practical design while maintaining the original door location.
His and Hers Vanities for Storage and Style
One of the standout features is the his-and-hers vanities. With an offset sink design, the vanities now provide more storage and additional counter space. The vanities, originally positioned on the shower wall, were thoughtfully relocated to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
Modern Materials and Finishes
We introduced a mix of textures and finishes to elevate the space. The debossed floral pattern tile adds subtle elegance, while metallic tile niches provide a touch of texture and visual interest. Quartz countertops offer durability and a sleek, contemporary look. The maple cabinets were finished with a gray-brown stain, maintaining warmth while complementing the overall modern aesthetic. To complete the design, we installed sleek black plumbing fixtures, enhancing the luxurious feel.
