Ron Sonnek
Born and raised on a dairy farm in Southern Minnesota, Ron uses his 10+ years of building inspection experience along with an MBA, to work with clients to create smart, unique design solutions for everyday problems. For Ron, there is nothing more gratifying than walking clients through a space that they can now call “home”.
Britt Hanson
Britt’s financial background has proven to be an ideal skill set in working with our clients through complex details in a remodeling project. With over 10 years of experience at Sicora, clients particularly appreciate the structure and flow that Britt provides, to what can seem to be a chaotic construction environment.
Allison Landers
From growing up in Oregon, to completing an Interior Design degree from the University of Minnesota, Allison has a love for residential architecture, which is evident in the award winning interiors that she has designed over the last 8+ years. Allison enjoys working with her clients to help identify and embrace the style that they have always wanted.
Andrea Meister
Andrea has an Interior Design degree from the Art Institutes International Minnesota and enjoys working closely with clients to design beautiful spaces that personalize their home. In addition to developing interior designs for projects, Andrea is particularly talented in assisting clients with selecting soft goods (furniture, rugs, window treatments, etc.) and interior finishes of their projects. In her free time Andrea enjoys baking, kayaking and spending time with family and friends.
Rita Sicora
Rita brings a wealth of corporate background and experience to Sicora. In managing the “central nervous system” of the company Rita provides our clients with seamless communication and is someone that can always answer questions and provide guidance as necessary during a project.
Adam Back
A native Minnesotan, Adam holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. With 15+ years of experience in the residential design and construction industry, he is intensely committed to quality design and craftsmanship. On the job, he employs his straight-forward listening and communication skills to coordinate the many individuals and resources that it takes to effectively manage remodeling projects both large and small.
Katie Loecken
A graduate of the Architecture program at the University of Minnesota, Katie brings an enthusiasm and passion for design that is evident in all that she does. Katie has loved working on residential projects where she particularly enjoys improving client’s lives through good design solutions.
